Scope
This policy applies to paid consultations booked with LogicNest Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (บริษัท LogicNest Financial Planning จำกัด), Tax ID 0105593847201. The first inquiry message is free; this policy concerns the paid session that follows.
Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled session: a full refund of the consultation fee.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before: a 50% refund, with the remainder covering the time held for you.
- Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: no refund of the fee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session once at no cost if you give at least 24 hours’ notice. A second rescheduling, or one with shorter notice, is treated as a cancellation under the terms above and a new session is booked separately.
Work already started
Where a consultation has already begun and you choose to end it early, the fee is not refundable for the portion delivered. If we end a session early because we are unable to help, you receive a full refund.
Deposits
Where a deposit is taken to hold a session, it is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of the session. The deposit is credited in full toward the consultation fee if the session goes ahead.
Non-refundable items
The written plan supplied after a completed consultation is not refundable, as it is the deliverable of the engagement.
How to request a refund
Send an email to info@logicnest.click with the word “refund” and the session date, or call +66-2-539-8142 during office hours. We will confirm eligibility and process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or, at your option, a rescheduled session at no extra fee.
