What data we collect
We collect only the personal data you choose to send through the inquiry form on this site:

- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
- The topic you select and the message you write
- A timestamp and the page the inquiry was sent from
We do not collect data through analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site. We do not use cookies for measurement.
Purposes and legal basis
We process the data above for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry and, if you proceed, scoping and delivering a paid consultation on debt repayment or emergency-fund planning. The legal basis under PDPA is your consent, given when you submit the form and confirm the checkbox on it. Where you provide a phone number, it is used only to reply about this inquiry.
Where the data goes
The form posts your data to a handler on this same domain
(https://logicnest.click/api/inquiry). The handler is operated by the
controller. Your inquiry is used to respond to you and is not sold or
shared with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained for the time needed to respond and, if a consultation follows, to deliver it and meet accounting record-keeping requirements. Where an inquiry does not lead to a consultation, the data is deleted within 90 days of the last contact. Where a consultation takes place, the working figures are retained for the duration of the engagement and then for the period required by Thai accounting rules, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under PDPA you have the right to access, correct, copy, port, restrict, object to, and request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@logicnest.click. We will respond within 30 days.
Consent choice on this device
When you accept or reject the cookie banner, that choice is stored in
your browser’s local storage on this device under the key
logicnest_consent_v1. It is not sent anywhere. You can clear it by
removing the site’s stored data in your browser settings.
Children
This service is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 20.
